I rebuilt HIC Agency’s website from the ground up for a family-owned employee-benefits team that wanted the site to feel as personal and trustworthy as the way they work with clients.

Alpha Mail Helpdesk

Alpha Mail started as a Discord bot for a roleplay courier company. I kept adding to it until routine driver, vehicle, support, and management tasks could all happen in one place the team already used every day.

WHAT THEY NEEDED

Less copy-and-paste work, fewer disconnected spreadsheets and messages, and a cleaner way for drivers and managers to handle the day-to-day parts of the company.

WHAT I BUILT

I built guided Discord commands for shifts, vehicles, dues, support, reports, and team management, then connected the pieces so people saw the right controls for their role without having to learn a complicated system.
