INTERACTIVE AUTOMATION CASE STUDY
See how we turned Discord into a working operations hub with driver shifts, fleet assignments, team management, weekly dues, support channels, permissions, and scheduled automation.
THE PROBLEM
Alpha Mail was created for a FiveM roleplay courier company whose team already worked inside Discord. We brought repetitive management tasks into the platform they already knew, using guided workflows and role-aware controls.
Clock in/out, plate selection, vehicle assignment, earnings, status, and driver-specific controls.
Roster lookup, earnings review, dues processing, fleet controls, team management, and reports.
Permanent driver support channels, team categories, ticket-style workflows, and management visibility.
Dues reminders, unpaid reports, lockouts, admin tools, and state shared through external data.
TRY IT
Switch between Driver, Manager, Owner, and Staff. Open channels, use controls, and move through the sample workflows. Everything below is fictional demo data; no live Discord server or production account is connected.
TECHNICAL SHAPE
This project shows how we approach automation: understand the real workflow first, then connect permissions, data, scheduled tasks, and management tools into an experience users can actually adopt.
We built the original system with Java and JDA, using Google Sheets as an operational data source alongside guild-scoped commands, private responses, autocomplete, scheduled tasks, and management controls.
This public showcase uses fictional names and sample values, so you can explore the workflow without exposing a live Discord server, private accounts, or production data.
