Delete your game account and data.
This public page lets you request deletion of your Snake Farm game account even if you no longer have the app installed. It is operated by 4 Horsemen Development Studios (4H Dev Studios).
What this deletes
Your Snake Farm game account and the game data associated with that account, including server-side player profile/state, owned animals, facility/progression state, inventory/economy state, breeding/incubation state, achievements/rewards and other account-bound game records that are not required to be retained.
What may be retained
Security, fraud-prevention, chargeback, tax, or legally required records may be retained only where necessary and for the period required by the applicable obligation.
Retained records are not used to keep the deleted game account playable.
Separate community account
Your optional 4H / Snake Farm Community account is separate from the game database. Deleting the game account does not automatically delete forum posts, chat identity, tickets, or the optional community account. Community account deletion is handled separately through Account Settings or Player Support.

We will verify the request by email before it enters the deletion queue.
Within 7 days
Having trouble? Email support@4-h.dev and include your Player ID and deletion request number.
What happens next?
- We verify that the request belongs to the account owner.
- Player Support queues the verified game account for deletion.
- The game account and associated deletable game data are removed from the authoritative game systems.
- We send a completion notice to the verified email address and retain only records that must legitimately remain.
You do not need to reinstall Snake Farm to use this page.
